Yesterday morning the first thing that was on my mind was food and thought of everything and anything perishable that will expire or go bad soon. So then, I made myself these for breakfast~
I’m very satisfied with the outcome because the toast was perfectly crispy (even after half an hour) and the banana was just melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The thought of it alone makes me want to have them all over again. Hahaha
‘Twas my first time making this dessert because I have this crazy craving of that quirky translucent pearls! My ingredient proportion was totally off the charts even my mom says it’s as though I’m cooking for the whole kampung lolz. It came out alright though but there’s definitely space for improvement – especially on them pearls!
